Moringa Oleifera Recipes
1 medium size onion, diced small
2 medium size cucumbers, diced small
2-3 medium size tomatoes, diced small
2 medium size carrots, diced small
Olive oil T.T.
Salt and pepper T.T.
1 heaping Tablespoon Moringa Propagation Powder
Mix onions, cucumbers, tomatoes and carrots and add the Olive oil, salt, pepper and Moringa Propagation Powder. Mix well and serve with desired accompaniment.
1 tbls. Vegetable oil
1 leek (white part only), chopped
2 medium carrots, chopped
1 celery stalk, chopped
½ kilo pumpkin meat, diced small (1 cm)
T.T. Curry and cinnamon
½ C. Chopped hazelnuts
4 Cups Vegetable or Chicken stock
T.T. Salt and pepper
T.T. grounded flax seed
T.T. Moringa propagation Powder
Sauté the vegetables over medium heat together with the hazelnuts and spices taking care not to burn the curry for about five minutes or until the pumpkin begins to soften.
Add the Vegetable/Chicken stock, salt and pepper to taste and stir.
Bring to a boil and lower the heat.
Slowly simmer until the pumpkin and carrots are soft enough.
Turn the flame off.
Serve and sprinkle with the grounded flax seeds and Moringa Powder.
1 medium size onion
2 medium carrots, cubed to medium chunks
2 medium celery stalks, chopped roughly
Two medium size potatoes, cubed small
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 Cups of red lentils
1 tsp. Cumin
½ a small cabbage, shredded
4 cups boiling water
Moringa propagating Powder
Stir fry the onions, carrots and celery stalks on high heat until golden brown. Add the potatoes and garlic cloves, and continue to stir fry for about a minute. Add the lentils and mix well. Incorporate the cumin and dry cook for a minute.
Add the shredded cabbage and allow cooking for 3-4 minutes on medium heat without burning the cumin.
Add the boiling water and bring to a boil.
Lower the heat to low and simmer for 10-15 minutes until the lentils reach the desired consistency. Add salt and Pepper to taste.
Serve in deep soup bowl.
Stir in two teaspoons of Moringa Propagation Powder per serving
¾ C. Shredded Carrots
¼ C Chopped Parsley
Lemon juice to taste
T.T. Shredded or minced ginger root
T.T. Moringa Powder
Mix the ingredients in a serving dish and sprinkle Moringa Powder to taste.
Prepare about 1/4 a cup Tahini paste with water as you would normally do, add a small pinch of cumin, salt and one heaping teaspoon of Moringa Propagation Powder.

100 grams. Tofu (textured of silken) diced small.
2 large carrots, grated large.
1 medium onion, sliced.
1 medium garlic clove, minced.
1 Tbls. Soy sauce.
½ Tbls. Water.
Raw spinach to taste.
Chopped fresh Cilantro leaves to taste.
Moringa Propagation Powder.
Sauté the sliced onions and add the cubed tofu for about a minute.
Add the garlic and sauté until the tofu gets golden brown, stir in the grated carrots and add the soy sauce, allow cooking for a minute or two.
Add the raw spinach and cilantro leaves stirring to cook for an additional minute or two. Turn the flame off and stir in the Moringa Propagation Powder.
Let rest for an extra minute and serve hot with rice.
1 bunch of fresh cilantro leaves, chopped coarsely.
A few fresh mint sprigs, chopped coarsely/
Juice of ½ a lemon.
Fresh ginger root 2 cm long, peeled and coarsely chopped.
1 fresh garlic clove, whole.
2 Tbls. Light palm sugar or white sugar.
1 medium onion, sliced.
2 medium aubergines (eggplants), cubed 1 cm long.
½ Tbls. Curry powder.
Salt and pepper T.T..
1 can coconut milk.
A few basil sprigs.
1 ½ Tbls. Moringa Propagation Powder
Place the fresh cilantro, mint, lemon juice, ginger root, garlic clove, and sugar in a blender and pulse to a coarse paste.
Stir fry the onions and Aubergines until golden brown.
Add curry powder, salt and pepper, mix well. Add the cilantro leaves paste and stir well, cook for ½ a minute and add the coconut milk.
Bring to a boil.
Lower the heat to a slow simmer and add the basil and the Moringa Propagation Powder.
Stir and simmer for another 10 minutes.
Serve accompanied by rice.
Note: Tofu, carrots, peas, or any other vegetable and/or legumes can be added to this recipe right from the start with the onions and aubergine’s.
1 onion, small, peeled and minced.
1 half inch piece of fresh ginger root, peeled and grated or minced.
1 tablespoon cilantro, fresh, minced.
1/2 teaspoon turmeric.
1/2 teaspoon cumin, ground.
1 tomato, small, peeled, chopped.
1 pepper, black.
½ tablespoon Moringa Powder
Stir fry the onion to a light golden brown color.
Add the ginger, fresh cilantro, turmeric, cumin and tomato stirring occasionally, until the tomato is soft (about 3-4 minutes).
Mean time, crack the eggs into a bowl and lightly beat them.
Add the beaten eggs, salt and pepper and stir the eggs occasionally so that they form soft curds. Cook to desired consistency and serve hot with bread.
Sprinkle Moringa powder on top.
Baked Goods and desserts
500gr. Bread flour.
15gr. White sugar.
15gr. Instant dry yeast.
5gr. Moringa Propagation Powder.
375 ml. Water.
75gr. Black Raisins.
Place the bread flour, salt, white sugar, instant dry yeast and Moringa Propagation Powder into a mixer fitted with the hook attachment.
Start the mixer on medium speed and add water (the water should be room temperature in the summer time and slightly warm in winter).
Allow it to mix for about 3-4 minutes or until the dough seems to be almost incorporated.
Add the nuts and raisins and mix for an additional 4-5 minutes or until the dough comes from the sides of the mixing bowl without sticking to it.
Stop the mixer and cover the dough with a damp towel and place inside a plastic bag closed loosely.
Place the bowl in a warm place and allow it to rise for an hour.
Punch the dough down and shape it or divide it into desired shape.
Place directly on baking sheet and allow it to raise a second time under a plastic cover and in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Mean time, preheat the oven to 200 C.
Once the second rise is complete, brush the surface of the bread with a little water or milk and sprinkle it with flour on top.
Bake the bread for 45 minutes approximately.
Place the baked bread on cooling racks until it cools down completely.
180gr. Unsalted butter.
1 ½ C. All Purpose Flour.
1 Tbls. Moringa Propagation Powder.
½ C. Macadamia Nuts.
½ C. White Chocolate morsels or chunks
Cream the sugar and the butter until light and fluffy.
In three additions, add the egg to the butter and sugar mix.
Mix the Moringa Propagation Powder with the flour and mix into the butter mix by hand or in a mixer fitted with the paddle attachment until the dough comes together.
Fold in the nuts and the white chocolate until the dough forms a big homogeneous ball.
Cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes and up to 8 hours.
Preheat the oven to 175 C.
Shape the dough into 3 cm balls and place on prepared cookie baking sheets.
Bake for approximately 12-15 minutes (the cookies will be soft).
Place the cookie sheets on cooling racks and wait for your biscuits to cool.
Chocolate (prefer Nutella)
Add about 2 teaspoons of the Moringa Powder to ½ a cup of your favorite chocolate spread and make it a nutritious combo for your kids with a delicious nutty taste
